OwnerLens was founded by Bobak Tamaddon, a property owner in the San Francisco Bay Area who experienced firsthand the frustrations of fragmented property data and limited oversight tools.
After years of managing rental properties with traditional property management software, Bobak realized that existing tools were built for managers, not owners. They handled operations (rent collection, work orders, tenant portals), but provided no intelligence, no alerts, no benchmarking, and no manager oversight.
When he couldn't find a solution that gave him the visibility and control he needed, he decided to build it. OwnerLens is the oversight tool he wish he'd had from day one—and now it's available to property owners everywhere.
OwnerLens is currently in private beta (November 2025 - January 2026) with 20 early adopter property owners. We're testing our core document parsing, property workspace, and AI extraction features.
