Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade from unlimited documents to a lower tier, you'll need to delete documents to meet the new limit.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice (annual plans only).

The Free tier is available forever with no credit card required. For Pro, Portfolio, and Enterprise tiers, we offer a 14-day free trial (launching March 2026). Beta users get 6 months of Pro free, which is better than any trial.

You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation:

• You'll need to delete documents to meet the Free tier limit
• AI Copilot and advanced features will be disabled
• Your data remains accessible—we never delete it unless you request deletion
• You can re-subscribe anytime to regain full access

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the next month.
