How OwnerLens Works

Start in Your Workspace

• Click Create Property in your workspace
• Add basic details: address, property type, number of units
• Your property appears in the left-hand column under Properties
• Click any property to view its dashboard and documents

Organize Your Portfolio

• Create multiple properties in your account
• Switch between properties using the left sidebar
• Each property maintains its own document vault and intelligence

Drag & Drop or Browse

• Drag and drop documents directly into the workspace
• Or click Upload Documents to browse your files
• Supported during beta: Leases and owner statements (property management reports)

Beta Upload Limits

• Parse up to 10 documents total across your properties
• Focus on your most critical leases and recent statements
• Additional capacity coming with public launch

What We Parse

Currently supported document types:

• Residential leases and rental agreements
• Owner statements (monthly property management reports from AppFolio, Buildium, etc. - includes financial summaries, rent rolls, expense reports)

Automatic Document Analysis

Once uploaded, our AI:

• Identifies document type and key sections
• Extracts lease terms: dates, rent amounts, tenant names, security deposits
• Parses financial data from management statements
• Links information to the correct property in your workspace

Review & Verify

• Extracted data appears in your property dashboard
• Review AI-parsed information for accuracy
• Edit any fields that need correction (helps train our system)

Property-Level Insights

For each property, see:

• Lease overview: Current tenants, lease end dates, rent amounts
• Document vault: All uploaded files organized by type
• Key dates: Upcoming expirations and important deadlines
• Financial snapshot: Income and expense data from management statements

The beta provides foundational document parsing and organization. 109 comprehensive intelligence metrics launching with full release in 2026:
